Refund Policy
At Built For Your Brain, we are committed to providing high-quality personal development and professional habit coaching. Because coaching is a collaborative process that requires time, preparation, and commitment from both parties, we adhere to the following policy:
1. Coaching Sessions

Completed Sessions: No refunds will be issued for coaching sessions that have already been conducted.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: To respect the coach's schedule and other clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate.

No-Shows: If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future dates.
2. Coaching Packages

Unused Sessions: If you purchase a multi-session package and decide to discontinue the program, you may request a refund for the remaining unused sessions within [30] days of purchase.

Partial Refunds: Any refund for unused sessions will be calculated by subtracting the full, non-discounted price of the sessions already used from the total package price paid.
3. Digital Products & Resources

Due to the immediate access and nature of digital downloads (worksheets, guides, or recorded workshops), all sales for digital products are final and non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you have questions or would like to request a refund based on the criteria above, please contact us at Cblackburn@foryourbraincoach.com. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within [5-10] business days.
